Valet parking reservations are computed in 24-hour periods, meaning the minimum fraction is 24 hours (partial periods or hourly rates will not be billed).
The pick-up/drop-off fee at the station terminal is included in the price, as well as a 2-hour tolerance on the last day.
Retroactive reservations are not allowed.
This reservation only guarantees parking in the Valet Parking service (it is not valid for direct access to the parking lot). You may be asked to present your train ticket to confirm the service; without it, the service may not be provided, and you will have no right to claim compensation.
During the reservation period, you may request the pick-up and return of your car only once.
Call our assistance service at the station (+34 675 787 655) 20 minutes before your arrival, when dropping off your vehicle, and upon arrival to avoid waiting times.
We always operate at the Departures terminal (drop-off and pick-up).
Show your reservation/voucher (on paper or smartphone) to the support staff. You must leave your car keys.
Upon dropping off your vehicle, you will receive a confirmation email for check-in (sent to the email used for the reservation).
On your return, before your train arrives, call the assistance service at the station (+34 675 787 655). Show the check-in email to the support staff.
Payment: This is a prepaid online service. Any modification or extension of the service must be paid at the time of vehicle return (by card; cash is not accepted).
At the time of vehicle return, you will receive a confirmation email for check-out (sent to the email used for the reservation).
The displayed prices already include the discount.
