Exclusive service for Renfe users. It is mandatory to show the train ticket; otherwise, the service will not be provided.

Valet parking reservations are calculated per 24-hour period, i.e., a minimum fraction of 24 hours (partial or hourly periods will not be charged).

The pick-up/drop-off fee at the station terminal is included in the price, as well as a two-hour grace period on the last day.

Retroactive reservations are NOT permitted.
This reservation only guarantees parking in the Valet Parking service (it is not valid for use or direct access to the parking lot).

You may be asked to provide your train ticket to confirm the service; without it, the service may not be provided, and you will not be entitled to any claims.

During the duration of the reservation, you may request your car delivery and pickup only once.

Call our station assistance service (+34 675 787 655) 20 minutes before arrival, upon pickup, and upon arrival to avoid waiting times.

We always operate in the Departures terminal (drop-off and pickup).

Show your reservation/voucher (paper or smartphone) to the support staff. You must leave your car keys.

Upon pickup, you will receive a check-in confirmation email (in the reservation email).

Upon your return, before your train arrives, call the station assistance service (+34 675 787 655). Show your check-in email to the support staff.

Payment: This service is prepaid online. Any modifications or extensions to the service will be paid upon return (with POS; we do not accept cash).

Upon returning the vehicle, you will receive an email confirming your check-out (in the reservation email).

The prices shown already include the discount.

The prices are the online prices for each booking period; these may vary.
