iPark, a leading company in parking and mobility, has opened a new car park in the centre of Moguer (Huelva), with more than 100 spaces

• More than 2,800 m2 and 110 spaces, with spots adapted for people with reduced mobility and for electric vehicles.
• The car park has a charging area for electric cars, something demanded by the area’s residents.

Following the service concession agreement signed in September 2022 with the Moguer City Council (Huelva), the company iPark Estacionamientos y Servicios para la Movilidad has inaugurated its new public car park under the Plaza de la Coronación in the town of Moguer (Huelva).

The car park, located in a busy commercial area with a high demand for parking, has more than 2,800 m2 square meters and a total of 110 spaces.

The space promises to be one of the most complete facilities in the area and includes several spaces for motorcycles and vehicles for people with reduced mobility. In addition, a charging area for electric cars has been incorporated, providing a service much requested by the area’s residents.

To support the local business sector, iPark has given the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises of Moguer (Apyme Moguer) 3,000 one-hour vouchers to use in this new car park in Plaza de la Coronación. With this initiative, promoted through the town’s City Council, the mobility company allows businesses to offer their customers an accessible and safe parking option.

The inaugural visit was attended by Gustavo Cuéllar, mayor of Moguer, who highlighted the hard work in the construction of this new infrastructure, as well as the importance of the square’s remodelling works, carried out by the City Council, crucial to improve its integration into the urban fabric and create a more functional space for citizens and visitors.

María Teresa Díaz, Head of the Area for Urban and Territorial Planning, Environmental Quality and Youth, and José Jiménez, delegate councillor for Citizen Security, Traffic and Maintenance, also attended the official opening.
