Service area in the marina, next to the highest lighthouse in Spain

The Ipark motorhome area in Chipiona is located in the town’s marina, overlooking the Atlantic and just a short walk from some of the most beautiful beaches on the Cadiz Costa de la Luz. With 98 spaces and 40 electric charging points, it is the largest motorhome area in the region and the perfect starting point to discover a municipality that hides much more than its fame as a beach destination suggests.

Chipiona has two great hallmarks that distinguish it from any other town on the Cadiz coast. The first is its lighthouse: at 69 meters high, it is the highest in Spain, the third in Europe, and the tenth in the world, and from its dome, you can see as far as the Doñana National Park on clear days. The second is Rocío Jurado, the most universal artist born in the province of Cadiz, born here and venerated by her neighbors with a museum, a route through the city, and a mausoleum that receive thousands of visits a year. Parking the motorhome in the Chipiona marina means having all this within reach.

How access and payment work

The Ipark Chipiona access system is automatic from the first moment. The control camera reads your license plate as you enter. If you do not have a reservation, go to the pay station to register your entry (you can contract electricity) and pay for the stay with a bank card. Collect the ticket, as it contains the access code for the toilets and showers. Everyone must go to the central totem to register a free parking space (marked in green).

Electricity: at the central totem you can check the real-time information icon to see which posts are free, each identified by a letter, and reserve the one you need. Access to toilets and showers is unlocked once the daily stay is paid (the access code appears on the payment ticket)

Availability: a screen at the entrance shows free spaces in real time. The central totem indicates the free spaces of the current occupancy of the area.

Reservations: available through the Ipark website, the Iparkcity app, or directly upon arrival via the pay station.

24-hour security and surveillance

The Chipiona motorhome area has Ipark staff present on-site and a CCTV video surveillance system monitored from the Ipark CECO (Control Center). You can leave your motorhome with complete peace of mind, whether you sleep in the area or go on day trips around the region.
