The investment will be made through DIF Infrastructure VIII.\r\n\r\niPark owns and operates a diversified portfolio of over 30,000 off-street parking spaces across more than 80 facilities, primarily located in urban centres, hospitals and transport-related locations.\r\n\r\nThe investment by DIF Infrastructure VIII will support iPark\u2019s next phase of growth, building on its established buy-and-build strategy to scale the platform across core Iberian markets while continuing to enhance operational efficiency and digitalisation.\r\n\r\nThe transaction is aligned with CVC DIF\u2019s strategy and significant experience of investing in essential infrastructure assets with long-term, concession-like high-visibility cash flows, which play a critical role in supporting economic activity and urban mobility in Europe.\r\n\r\nTom Goossens, Partner at CVC DIF, commented:<em>\u201ciPark is a high-quality, essential and highly diversified infrastructure platform with a strong market position and clear growth potential.
